SUMMARY:7th Annual 5K/10K Run For The Wounded
DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin the Nine Line Foundation and Nine Line Apparel this Armed Forces Day\, May 16th\, 2020\, for our 7th Annual 5K/10K Run for the Wounded \, Savannah\, Georgia. Proceeds from the race will go directly towards our newest initiative: building a transitional community\, a Veterans Village\, for homeless veterans in Brunswick\, Georgia. \nThe Course: Starting and finishing from the Hutchinson Island Park and running through the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Course. 95% paved\, basically flat with minor elevation changes and engaging curves through the perfectly green golf course. \nWith both 5K and 10K options available\, this twilight run is great for any participant. Participants will receive a Nine Line Apparel T-shirt\, koozie\, and a special edition 5K/10K race medal. Live entertainment will be provided. \nVendors will be onsite to showcase unique products\, local businesses\, tasty food trucks\, and fun activities. Children and service dogs are always invited to join! \nFree Parking at the Pit and Paddock area of the race track. \nRucking Option: If you are interested in loading up your pack and rucking this event\, we always have a great group doing this. Use any load you like! \nRegistration Fees: \n$25: Before April 1st\n$30: April 1st-April 30th\n$35: May 1st-May 14th\n$40: Packet Pick Up – May 15th/Race Day – May 16th \n*Add $5 for 10K participation & Special pricing for kids 4 to 14. Kids 3 and under are free to accompany and adult \nVIRTUAL RUNNERS – Can’t make it down to Savannah for Race Day? Pre-Register for our Virtual Race Option!
