Grant Homes, Inc. was founded in 2001 by brothers Scott and Brian Grant with a vision to provide unparalleled craftsmanship to the custom home market. Together, the brothers know what it takes to expertly build your home from the ground up while also maintaining your bottom line.
Scott graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction Management and a minor in Business. He has more than 22 years of experience in the field, with 16 of those years as the President of Grant Homes. Scott enjoys being onsite throughout every phase of the building process. His experience and vision make him a natural leader and a valuable resource to his clients.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and is knowledgeable in all areas of project planning and budget analysis. He offers more than 15 years of experience as a property adjuster and appraiser and has served as Vice President of Grant Homes for 16 years. Brian is skilled in effective communication, ensuring an efficient and accurate process from foundation to finish.
Grant Homes is also excited to welcome Trevor Henderson to its team as a building advisor. Trevor is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. His building career began in Richmond Hill, Georgia in 2004 and since that time he has gained extensive experience in all facets of new home construction, as well as major residential renovation projects. Quality, innovation, and astute attention to detail are vital characteristics that make Trevor an integral part of the Grant Homes’ Team.
In order to further enhance its custom-home service offering, Grant Homes is pleased to call upon the interior design expertise of Carrie Brookshire. Carrie is a LEED AP and NCIDQ Certified interior designer with more than 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial design. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and brings a unique architectural perspective to her projects helping clients focus on the big picture while maintaining the integrity of those all-important design details.
From the development of plans to handing over the keys, Scott, Brian and Trevor are extremely hands-on, choosing to manage each job themselves rather than hire superintendents. Grant Homes is an approved builder in the most premier developments in our region. They have extensive experience building at The Ford Plantation, Palmetto Bluff, Oldfield, Tybee Island, Westbrook, Southbridge, and Waterways Township, to name a few.
